1- Are you a charitable organization or a commercial company?
We are a commercial company providing an integrated solution that combines ease and reliability, and we are not a charitable or non-profit entity.

2- Are you officially registered?
Yes, absolutely. We are a 100% official Saudi company, duly licensed and approved by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Unified National Number: 7009436606.

3- How are orders delivered?
Orders are delivered according to the authorization granted to Awn Al-Muslim to deliver the order using the method specified. We are committed to providing the customer with a final report ed with videos and photos, and under the name specified by the customer.

4- How long does it take from the order date until I receive the final report (ation)?
The maximum execution time is 3 to 9 business days.

5- How and where do I receive the final report (ation)?
You will receive the final report immediately after we complete the ation. Please note that the final report will be sent to the WhatsApp number through which the order was placed, as a complete file.

6- Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes, in accordance with the return and exchange policy explained on the dedicated page in our online store.
