Exchange and Return Policy

Given the nature of the services provided by Awn Al-Muslim, which relate to sacrificial animals and associated services, our exchange and refund policy is subject to specific terms that ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

First: Cancellation Before Execution

• The customer has the right to cancel the order before the slaughter process begins, within the period specified in the order details.

• If the order is canceled before execution, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used, after deducting any operational fees (if applicable).

Second: After Execution Has Begun

• The order cannot be canceled and the amount cannot be refunded after the slaughter process has begun, due to the nature of the service and the store’s commitment to carrying it out in accordance with Sharia guidelines.

Third: Cases of Error or Shortcoming

In the event of an error caused by the store (such as the sacrificial animal not matching the agreed-upon type, or a failure in execution):

• The customer has the right to submit an official complaint.

• Awn Al-Muslim management will review and verify the case.

• Appropriate compensation or corrective action will be provided to ensure the customer’s rights, as deemed suitable by management.

Fourth: Exceptions

The refund policy does not cover cases resulting from:

• The customer changing their mind after execution has begun

• The customer entering incorrect information

• Circumstances beyond the store’s control (force majeure)
